THE STORY

Full Design & Renovation & Furnishings Project

This historic colonial farmhouse, rich with Victorian folk charm, is being fully reimagined for a young family relocating to the countryside. Warm wood beams and original stone floors will pair with turned spindles, whimsical wallpaper, and velvets to bring a soulful, collected feel throughout.

The project’s scope extends to all interior spaces including the kitchen, living room, main bedroom and bathroom, guest room, half-bathroom, mudroom, dining room, sunroom, and additional upstairs bedroom. We’re also adding a new wraparound veranda, main suite closet, powder bath, full laundry room, and butler’s hall.

Additional architectural updates include a relocated stairwell to optimize flow, an added fireplace and chimney, over 30 new windows for natural light, and restored historic entry doors. From reworking the floor plan to sourcing every finish and furnishing, the goal is to create a timeless home that balances simplicity and story.
